Our guarantee covers the following aspects of your service:

· 99% Internet Connectivity;
· Price Freeze with no minimum commitment;

If your server stops responding and you would like us to reboot it for you we promise to do 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Personal technician:
If your server suffers a hardware fault we promise to have a technician working on it within 30 minutes or less after you report it to us .This applies 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
99% Internet Connectivity:
Gnxonline has a direct relationship with our carriers who supply diversely routed fibre to our data centre. Should our Internet connectivity fail for more than 1% of the time in any calendar month, we will refund the one days service for every hour that Internet connectivity has been unavailable over and above 1% of time for that month up to a maximum of your monthly service fee.
Price Freeze with no minimum commitment:
Gnxonline will never raise the price of your server, even if the price increases for new customers. We also only bill monthly no long yearly contracts.
Bandwidth Contention:
We guarantee to maintain a 1:1 contention ratio on bandwidth. We have the capacity to increase available Internet Bandwidth instantly, on demand.
